Chief Executive Officer
Chad Carlson, CEO of The Results Companies, has over twenty years of experience in the contact center industry, serving in a variety of executive leadership roles throughout his career. In those roles he led operations in over 30 countries with 150 locations and more than 60,000 employees, overseeing over $1 billion in annual revenue. Creating employee-centric organizations has been a key focus for Chad throughout his tenure in the industry.
In addition to building strong employee and client relationships with some of the world’s top global brands, Chad has been instrumental in the shaping of the BPO industry, navigating successful acquisitions and turnarounds – most recently as the CEO of StarTek where he led the merger with Aegis.
Chief Operating Officer
Peter Martino joins the Results Companies as Chief Operating Officer. Pete has over 25 years of experience in the BPO industry working with various clients in multiple verticals. Most recently he served as the COO of Startek for the America’s and Philippines. In that role, he was responsible for operations of over 25 locations, 13,000+ employees, and oversaw $300 million in annual revenue.
Prior to Startek Pete served eight years in various senior leadership positions at Clientlogic/Sitel. He concluded his tenure with Clientlogic/Sitel as General Manager of North America.
Chief Financial Officer
Angelo comes to The Results Companies as an accomplished business leader. With over 30 years of experience in the financial realm, he's successfully held senior positions at several first-class companies. In his most recent roles, as Senior Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Equitrac Corporation, Angelo generated a 220% return to investors and improve EBITDA by almost 50%.
Originally hailing from New England, Angelo has encouraged and achieved growth along the East Coast at companies like Applied Theory Corporation and Bess Eaton. His focus lies in financial analysis, strategic planning, financial reporting, cost controls, capital raising, growth management and more. He is a detail-oriented leader with an innovative approach to achieving results.
Chief Experience Officer
Lori Brown is The Results Companies’ Chief Experience Officer and has been with the company since 2009. A 20 year plus veteran of the BPO services industry, she has had the opportunity to work with some of the top Fortune 100 and 500 companies. Lori’s extensive background in Customer Service brings a unique customer experience viewpoint to Results’ daily operations and innovative solutions for clients.
Her team has one key focus: to drive a better customer experience for our clients. Utilizing Results’ CX360 Operating Model, Lori and her global team ensure a companywide focus on tools and processes, including interaction analytics and data mining, to enable a deeper examination into understanding customer behaviors. Results leverages this deeper understanding to drive significant customer experience enhancements, productivity gains, cost reductions and revenue improvements. You will often hear her say, “At Results, we don’t say ‘I think’, we say ‘I know’, and we know because we have that data that tells us.”
Chief Human Resources Officer
Andrea Maizes is Chief Human Resources Officer for the Results Companies. She is responsible for supporting our more than 20,000 employees to create and sustain the companies unique culture of positive engagement, overseeing corporate talent acquisition , career development, HR service delivery, diversity and inclusion, HR policies and programs.
Andrea’s focus is on creating an incredible end to end employee experience for our people throughout their journey with us. Prior to joining the Results Companies, Andrea spent over 30 years in HR leadership roles with the professional services and technology sector.
Chief Technology Officer
Bill Gardner is responsible for the strategic vision and direction of The Results Companies’ Technology organization, including Information Services, Information Technology, and Program Management.
Bill has over twenty-five years of experience directing Technology, serving in senior positions at a number of Fortune 500 Financial Services companies in New York City, including Merrill Lynch, AllianceBernstein, Nomura, and Fidelity Investments. Bill has a history of solving complex organizational challenges through the successful delivery of vendor/proprietary solutions and professional services utilizing enterprise information effectively in order to improve business and technology processes, decision making, efficiency and profitability.
Executive Vice President Account Operations
Aaron Fender has responsibility for the Account Relationship team at The Results Companies. Aaron, along with the team ensure that the relationships between our teams and our partners are one of trust and transparency. Creating those trusted partnerships has been a staple within our organization, cultivating the mission of our people.
With over 21 years of senior call center management experience including positions at Toyota Financial Services and Teleperformance USA, Aaron’s expertise includes process optimization, workforce management and contact center operations. Aaron provides the strategic direction for creating a partnership environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect.
